Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems (FGCS) are crucial for performance of all gas fired turbine & engines used for compressors, pumps & generating sets.
FGCS implies conditioning and dehydration of fuel gas to meet requirements of gas fired equipment for safe, smooth operation. These help to increase life of turbine & engines by conditioning the fuel to the specification laid down by turbine manufacturers.
An optimally designed FGCS will remove all solid and liquid contaminates and provide required superheating to eliminate condensation in the combustion chamber of turbine. It will use minimal utilities. The conditioned gas at outlet of FGCS will have solid contents and superheating as per customer specifications.
Pressure of conditioned gas at outlet will be suitable to meet requirements of the turbine and temperature sufficient enough to prevent any condensation. Condensate liquids will be automatically drained off from the filter separator.
