We are setting up a state of the art manufacturing facility near Mumbai at an estimated cost of Rs.55 Crore. The Project will be operational by end 2010.

SR. MANAGER
Quality Assurance & Control
c) Projects
Graduate/Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 7 to 10 years experience in Project Execution, requiring interaction with Clients / Consultants and co-ordination with concerned departments within the Company.
d) Production
Graduate/ Mechanical Engineer / Diploma Engineers with 5 - 7 10 years in Process Equipment with Manufacturing company.
e) Maintenance
DME / DEE / Graduate in Engineering with experience in Maintenance of Lathe, Shaping and Milling Machines, Knowledge of Hydraulic Press, Shearing Process preferable.
Also should handle air Compressors. Should have knowledge in Maintenance of LT Switch Gears and Testing and laying of Cables.
f) Sub-Contract
DME with around 7 – 10 years experience in Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Company.
Should have handled Sub Contracting work of fabricated items required for Process Equipment.
SR. ENGINEERS
a) Welding
Graduate Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in welding in fabrication industry. Knowledge of techniques of different welding processes for ferrous and non-ferrous material is essential.
b) Detail Engineering
Graduate/Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years experience in designing of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Rotating Equipment. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD 2D.
c) Production
DME with around 3 – 5 years experience in Fabrication, Process Equipment and related items. Should have good knowledge of welding.
d) Machine Shop
Mechanical Engineer with 3 - 5 years experience in machine shop of a Process Equipment fabrication company.
e) Maintenance
DME / DEE / Graduate in Engineering with experience in Maintenance of Lathe, Shaping and Milling Machines, Knowledge of Hydraulic Press, Shearing Process preferable.
f) Detail Engineering
Graduate/Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years experience in designing of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Rotating Equipment. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD 2D.
Post-Graduate/Graduate Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience in fabrication of Chemical, Petrochemical Process equipment. Knowledge of Indian and International codes applicable in equipment manufacturing is essential.
MANAGERS
a) Production
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 10 years experience in fabrication of chemical process equipment. Knowledge of fabrication codes such as ASME, TEMA etc. is essential. Mechanical diploma holders with additional experience will also be considered for this position.
b) Process Design
Post-Graduate/ Graduate Chemical Engineer with 10 years experience in process design of Solid Drying Systems. Knowledge of determining the type and size of equipment based on heat and mass transfer calculations and preparation of PFD and P&ID is essential. Experience in food, chemical and petrochemical industries with design and unit operation is necessary.
c) Purchase
DME / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 8 – 12 years experience in Procurement function in an Project Engineering Company.
Experience in Fabricated items in Chemical / Petrochemical, Process Equipments will be preferred.
d) Project Co-ordination
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with around 8 years experience in Project Management.
Should be able to interact with Clients, Consultants and co-ordinate various Project Management activities.
SR. OFFICER
Sr. Officer – Auto CAD (Checker)
ITI/NCTVT in Mechanical Draughtsman Trade with around 12-15 years experience in checking drawings of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping, etc. Should have thorough knowledge of Standards, BOM and checking the drawings in various aspects.
ASST. MANAGERS
a) Turnkey Projects
Graduate Mechanical Engineers with 5 to 7 years experience in project co-ordination expediting and interaction with customers, contractors, consultants and vendors to execute time bound turnkey projects. Sound techno-commercial knowledge is essential.
b) Marketing
Graduate Mechanical/ Chemical Engineer with 5 to 7 years experience in marketing of chemical process equipment directly to actual users and/or through Turnkey and Engineering Consulting Companies.
